Upcoming Projects
I'm excited to pioneer innovative housing solutions with upcoming projects that focus on affordable, factory-built homes and master-planned communities that will transform the Imperial Valley and beyond

Bowker 18 & 36
Bowker 18 and 36 are two exciting projects that showcase my vision for both residential and industrial development in Calexico. I purchased 55 acres of land divided into two parcels: an 18-acre section and a 36-acre section, separated by Highway 98. For Bowker 18, I’ve processed a tentative map through the CEQA process to develop 113 residential lots, which will provide much-needed housing in the area. We are now working on the final map to begin development and build homes that will offer families high-quality living options.
Meanwhile, Bowker 36 is being rezoned to industrial to capitalize on the growing demand for industrial space near the new port of entry between Mexicali and Calexico. With the influx of industrial users and the booming trade between the U.S. and Mexico, we plan to develop up to 1,000,000 square feet of industrial space for lease. This dual approach allows us to address both housing and economic growth in the region.
West 70
West 70 is an innovative 70-acre development that will redefine affordable housing in the Imperial Valley. With plans for approximately 450 single-family homes and up to 300 rental units, we’re focused on using novel approaches to keep costs down, such as smaller lots and potentially incorporating factory-built homes on permanent foundations. We’re currently navigating the CEQA process and preparing an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) to ensure the project meets all regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
Our goal is to break ground in 2026 and create a community that offers a range of high-quality, affordable housing options for families and individuals. By optimizing land use and employing cost-effective building methods, West 70 will set a new standard for sustainable, accessible housing in the region, providing much-needed opportunities for homeownership and rental living in a rapidly growing market.

Clark 55
I purchased the Clark 55 land several years ago with a vision for future development. While working on Quail Meadows and finalizing the purchase of the Morningstar subdivision, this farmland became available. I began developing large-scale tract home subdivisions about eight years ago and have learned many valuable lessons along the way.
My goal is to create large communities with smaller lots and homes that are affordable for families struggling to find property they can own. Clark 55 is an ideal fit for this vision, with lot sizes ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet. Currently, this project is on hold as we complete the entitlements for the West 70 project. Once West 70 is finished, we’ll shift our focus back to Clark 55. When completed, the project will include over 600 single-family homes, providing affordable housing options for many families.
