Past Projects
Transforming raw land into thriving communities—my past projects showcase a commitment to innovation, quality, and community impact.

Quail Meadows
Quail Meadows was my first large-scale residential development, and it’s a project I’m incredibly proud of. I started with raw farmland and took it through the entire CEQA process to get it entitled for 133 single-family homes and 114 apartment units. This was a huge milestone for me and my team as we navigated complex zoning and environmental requirements to bring this community to life.
We built all 133 single-family homes with our in-house construction company, ensuring each one met the highest standards of quality. Once those were complete, we shifted our focus to the multifamily component, developing 114 tax-credit apartments that now serve as affordable housing for the area. Quail Meadows wasn’t just about building homes; it was about creating a vibrant, sustainable community from the ground up. This project solidified my belief that with the right vision and determination, even the most challenging projects can be a success.

Hollie's
The Hollies Project was a groundbreaking development and the first Homekey initiative in the Imperial Valley. I saw the potential to transform a struggling 58-unit hotel into permanent supportive housing for the homeless, providing much-needed stability for individuals and families in the community. We applied for and were awarded a grant from the State of California’s Homekey program to purchase and convert the property. In just 90 working days, we turned the hotel into affordable housing units for residents earning 30% of the area median income or less.
The Hollies is more than just a housing project; it’s a lifeline for those who need it most. Located in a mixed-use neighborhood in Calexico, it offers residents access to essential amenities like grocery stores, pharmacies, and public transportation. This project not only provides safe, high-quality housing but also revitalizes the surrounding area, showcasing the positive impact thoughtful development can have on the community.

Home Flips
Flipping homes and land has always been a cornerstone of my real estate journey. I started by buying distressed single-family homes, renovating them, and selling them for a profit. Over time, I began to see even more potential in these properties. Now, I focus on larger single-family homes with expansive lots. After renovating the existing home, I often split the lot and build new homes on the newly created parcels. This approach maximizes the value of the land and creates multiple high-quality homes from a single property.
It’s a win-win: I’m able to preserve and enhance the character of the original home while adding new housing to the community. Each project is unique and requires navigating zoning laws and construction challenges, but it’s incredibly rewarding to see the transformation. It’s about creating opportunity from underutilized properties and contributing to the growth and revitalization of neighborhoods.
